President Joe Biden delivered a rare Oval Office address Thursday night, as he prepared to ask Congress for billions of dollars in military assistance for Israel and Ukraine.
The speech was an opportunity for Biden to argue that the United States has an obligation to help in both nations, as well as for him to lobby lawmakers for the funding to do so.
