People criticised him for making light of the situation in the remarks.

Kevin went down on his vulgar remarks when TMZ published a news report about him ridiculing Perry’s death. He simply said, “I didn’t mock it. I just thought it was funny. But I do love it when junkies die.”

Even after being called out for his hateful remarks, the comedian kept them coming. He replied to a tweet asking why it was humorous to drown in a hot tub by saying, “Because it’s not very deep.”
