Oppo is set to launch the Reno12 series on May 23 in China. The company has unveiled the design of the Reno 12, and thanks to a new TENAA listing, we now have the full specifications. The listing confirms that the phone will feature the new MediaTek Dimensity 8250 chipset and retain the same battery and screen as its predecessor, the Reno 11 (read our full review of the Oppo Reno 11 here).

Oppo Reno 12 Design, Specs, Features (Expected)

The Oppo Reno 12 will feature a 6.7-inch OLED display with Full HD+ resolution. Although images are not yet available in the listing, it is anticipated that the panel will have slightly curved edges for improved handling. The phone measures 7.25 mm in thickness and weighs 179 grams, making it relatively lightweight compared to many modern midrange devices approaching 200 grams.

In the meantime, the 4nm chipset offers robust CPU performance, boasting one core clocked at 3.1 GHz, three cores running at 3.0 GHz, and an enhanced GPU compared to its predecessor.

The phone will sport a 50 MP front camera, while the rear will house a triple camera setup consisting of a 50 MP main camera, an 8 MP ultrawide camera, and a 50 MP telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom.

The phone measures 7.25 mm in thickness and weighs 179 grams, placing it on the lighter side compared to many modern midrange devices that are approaching the 200-gram mark.
