Taparia also highlighted the swift progress of AI, pointing out that just days after ChatGPT’s launch, millions of jobs globally became obsolete. This rapid change led many companies to start training their employees to incorporate AI technologies into their roles.
Hoffman’s predictions indicate that freelancers might eventually surpass permanent employees in earnings, and traditional resumes could become obsolete.
