Two women and one man were stabbed at a Wrightwood restaurant on Sunday morning.

A person walked into the establishment on the 7800 block of South Western Avenue at approximately 8:30 a.m. and demanded free food. When the cashier refused, the suspect began striking victims with a hatchet-like object, according to police.

A 45-year-old woman was taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in serious condition. Another 45-year-old woman and an 18-year-old man were taken to Holy Cross Hospital in good condition.

No one is in custody and Area One Detectives are investigating.
