Delhi Weather Updates: Amid the ongoing monsoon season, a fresh spell of rain lashed the Delhi-NCR region on Tuesday morning. The showers come after the India Meteorological Department (IMD), in its bulletin on Monday, predicted that the national capital is set to receive light to moderate rain accompanied by thunderstorms during the week.
Following the showers, the temperature in the city on Tuesday morning was recorded at 28.4 degrees Celsius.

The IMD also said that the city will witness a generally cloudy sky throughout the week. The maximum temperature is likely to hover around 35 degrees Celcius.
