Coldplay Concert Tickets: Didn’t manage to get Coldplay tickets? Well, you stand one more chance. Coldplay’s ‘Infinity Tickets,’ an initiative aimed at making their upcoming India concerts more accessible to fans can come to your aid. Starting at 12 pm IST today, these special tickets are set to offer an affordable option for those who missed out during the initial ticket sales for the band’s Mumbai and Ahmedabad shows, part of the ongoing Music of the Spheres world tour.

What are Infinity Tickets?

Priced at Rs 2,000 (or €20/£20/$20 internationally), Infinity Tickets cater to fans seeking a cost-effective way to attend the concerts. A concept already successful in Europe and the US, this initiative is debuting in India to address overwhelming demand.

The twist? Ticket buyers won’t know their seating arrangements until a week before the concert or upon collecting tickets in person. Seats could range from prime locations near the stage to areas further back, adding an element of surprise.

Coldplay Infinity Tickets: How to Secure

Here’s the step-by-step process to book Infinity Tickets:

  1. Log In: Visit BookMyShow and log in using your credentials.
  2. Join the Waiting Room: Enter the waiting room between 11:00 am and 11:59 am IST. Queue positions will be assigned randomly when sales begin.
  3. Complete the Purchase: Once it’s your turn, you’ll have four minutes to finalise your purchase. Buyers must purchase tickets in pairs, and seat selection is not available for this category.
  4. Confirm Details: Add delivery details and complete payment. Confirmation will be sent via email and SMS, with physical tickets dispatched closer to the concert date.

Coldplay’s Long-Awaited Return to India

This marks Coldplay’s first tour in India since their electrifying performance at the Global Citizen Festival in Mumbai back in 2016. The 2025 tour includes five shows across two cities:

  • Mumbai: January 18, 19, and 21 at DY Patil Stadium, with a seating capacity of 45,300 per show.
  • Ahmedabad: January 25 and 26 at Narendra Modi Stadium, coinciding with Republic Day. These performances will set a record as the largest in Coldplay’s history, with a capacity of 130,000 each night.

All initial shows sold out in minutes, prompting additional dates to meet fan demand. Even these additional shows reached full capacity in record time, cementing Coldplay’s immense popularity in India.

Fans are encouraged to act quickly to grab Infinity Tickets, as their limited availability is expected to spark another wave of sellouts. Keep an eye on Coldplay’s official website and BookMyShow for updates.
