Be Happy plot
The film revolves around a single father and his young daughter. She dreams of participating in a prestigious dance reality show and reaching the grand finale. However, her father is reluctant, as it requires them to travel from Ooty to Mumbai. Eventually, he gives in to his daughter’s persistent requests. Not only does he accompany her to Mumbai, but he also ends up dancing with her. Just when things seem to be going well, an unexpected crisis turns their world upside down.

He seamlessly portrays the role of a stubborn father who initially resists his daughter’s dreams but eventually goes to great lengths to support her. The film’s true soul, however, is Inayat Verma. She shines as Abhishek’s on-screen daughter, delivering an incredible performance that ranges from humorous to heart-wrenching. On the other hand, Nora Fatehi struggles to leave a mark. Despite having a significant role, her performance falls flat. A particular dialogue of hers—”You can only give what you have, and if you don’t have it, you can’t give it”—ironically highlights her own struggle with acting. Her casting in this role feels like a misstep.
