Days after the shocking murder of Raja Raghuvanshi, remnants of his newlywed life with wife Sonam still remain untouched inside his Indore home. The couple’s bedroom, located on the second floor of Raja’s house, continues to be decorated just as it was post their wedding.
Red heart-shaped balloons, streamers, and decorative ribbons still hang from the walls, evoking a stark contrast to the grim reality of the case that has since unfolded. On the wall behind the bed, the words “I Love You” are clearly visible, surrounded by romantic decor.
The visuals from the bedroom have added another layer of emotional weight to a case that has captured national headlines. Raja and Sonam had tied the knot on May 11 in Indore and left for their honeymoon in Meghalaya on May 20. Just days later, on June 2, Raja’s body was found, and Sonam – along with four others, including her alleged lover – was arrested in connection with his murder.
