Naperville Police Arrests for July 6-7

The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

  • A 23-year-old woman from Aurora was arrested on a charge of disobeying a traffic control device, unlawful use of cannabis by a driver and attempted possession of a controlled substance at 2:33 a.m. July 6 at North Route 59 and North Aurora Road.
  • A 42-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on charges of driving too fast for conditions and driving under the influence of alcohol at 2:47 a.m. July 6 at South West Street and Aurora Avenue.
  • A 27-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a warrant at 10:07 a.m. July 6 in the 1600 block of West Diehl Road.
  • A 27-year-old man from Joliet was arrested on a warrant 12:23 p.m. July 6 in the 3100 block of 111th Street.
  • A 45-year-old man from Lombard was arrested on a warrant and on charges of speeding 26 to 34 mph over the posted limit and obstructing justice at 6:40 p.m. July 6 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
  • A 25-year-old man from Joliet was arrested on charges of unlawful use of cannabis by a driver and driving on a suspended license at 11:33 p.m. July 6 at McCoy Drive and South Route 59.
  • A 48-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of disobeying a traffic control device and driving on a revoked license at 10:10 p.m. July 5 at West Ogden Avenue and North Webster Street.
  • A 20-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of driving with expired license plates, driving without insurance and driving on a suspended license at 12:25 a.m. July 6 at South Route 59 and Cantore Road.
  • A 71-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on a warrant at 12:44 p.m. July 7 in the 200 block of South Main Street.
  • A 25-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a warrant at 9:55 p.m. July 7 at Quincy Avenue and West Ogden Avenue.
