Sk Monoar Nahid, a trailblazer in broadcast graphics and visual media in Bangladesh, has once again brought international acclaim to the nation. On July 26, 2025, he received the prestigious Golden Brick Award 2025 in the Television Campaign category at the 7th Golden Brick Awards, held at the Marriott Al Jaddaf Hotel in Dubai.
The award was presented by Nicole Rodrigues, a distinguished entrepreneur and the founder and CEO of Diva Group of Companies, based in Dubai. The event’s chief guest was Dr. Bu Abdullah, a prominent Emirati industrialist and philanthropist who oversees more than 270 companies globally. Also gracing the occasion as a special guest was Victoria Larsen—Miss Supranational Europe 2024 and Miss Denmark 2024.

The Golden Brick Awards are recognized as one of South Asia’s most esteemed platforms for honoring excellence in real estate, infrastructure, and media innovation. This year’s edition was organized by Phoenix Exponent, a Dubai-based firm, in collaboration with the World Wide Federation for International Real Estate Investors (WFIRI).
Sk Monoar Nahid has previously been honored with several accolades, including the Asian Business Iconic Award 2025 in Kathmandu, Nepal, as well as national recognitions such as the Excellence in Success Award, Star Bangladesh Award, Sher-e-Bangla Star Award, and the Index Media Award 2018. In 2016, he received a special honor at the International Broadcasting Convention (IBC) in Amsterdam from Adobe and Vizrt, and in the same year, he earned the Pro Viz Artist Designer certification from Vizrt in Norway.
He began his career in 2007 as a motion graphics designer at RTV. Later, he contributed significantly at Jamuna TV, Independent TV, and Channel 24, where he established himself as one of the country’s foremost graphics designers. He introduced groundbreaking real-time infographics, augmented reality (AR), and advanced election coverage techniques to Bangladeshi television.

Beyond his technical expertise, Nahid has made significant contributions to media education. He is currently a faculty member at Pathshala – South Asian Media Institute, and in 2019, he led Bangladesh’s first professional Vizrt training at DBC News. He has authored two influential books: Creatives in the Television Broadcast Industry and Guardians of Earth: Simple Steps to a Sustainable Future—the former exploring the creative scope of broadcast technology, and the latter offering practical guidance on eco-friendly living.
Today, Sk Monoar Nahid serves as the Founder and CEO of RudraFx, a global media and technology firm with operations in Bangladesh, the United States, Portugal, and Dubai. Through his leadership, RudraFx continues to showcase Bangladeshi creativity and technological innovation on the world stage.
