Delhi MCD Polls 2022: Palam Assembly Constituency Wards After Delimitation — Check Details

MCD Election 2022 Live: Delhi State Election Commissioner (SEC) Vijay Dev on November 4 announced dates for the long-due Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) polls. Delhi State Election Commission announced that voting for unified three municipal corporations – East Delhi Municipal Corporation, South Delhi Municipal Corporation and North Delhi Municipal Corporation – into one MCD will be held on December 4. Counting of the votes will be held on December 7 and the results will be announced the same day.

In the Palam Delhi assembly constituency, there are a total of four wards to go under poll in the 2022 MCD election. The names of the four wards of the Palam assembly constituency are Palam, Madhu Vihar, Mahavir Enclave, and Sadh Nagar.

1. Palam: In the Palam Delhi assembly constituency, Palam is ward number one hundred-and-thirty-five in the Delhi Civic Polls 2022 and has a total population of 54,900. The Palam (Ward 135) MCD seat is unreserved.

2. Madhu Vihar: In the Palam Delhi assembly constituency, Madhu Vihar is ward number one hundred-and-thirty-six in the Delhi Civic Polls 2022 and has a total population of 67,394. The Madhu Vihar (Ward 136) MCD seat is reserved for women.

3. Mahavir Enclave: In the Palam Delhi assembly constituency, Mahavir Enclave is ward number one hundred-and-thirty-seven in the Delhi Civic Polls 2022 and has a total population of 67,473. The Mahavir Enclave (Ward 137) MCD seat is unreserved.

4. Sadh Nagar: In the Palam Delhi assembly constituency, Sadh Nagar is ward number one hundred-and-thirty-eight in the Delhi Civic Polls 2022 and has a total population of 56,487. The Sadh Nagar (Ward 138) MCD seat is reserved for women.
