After an intense morning in late October 2024 at Atlanta Tech Park, the founders of Magisnat, Dr. Matteo Bertelli and Dr. Kevin Donato, took advantage of the lunch break for a meaningful meeting with Mr. Bobby Cobb, CEO of Cobb Global Outreach (CGO) Inc. This meeting took place in the heart of Peachtree Corners, an ideal setting for discussing the shared social values of these two entities.

Mr. Bobby Cobb is a figure of great resilience and determination. A former U.S. Navy serviceman, Cobb faced a tough challenge after an accident, but rather than surrendering, he found the motivation to rebuild his life, earning a degree and later dedicating himself to volunteer work with the aim of equipping younger generations with practical tools to face future challenges. His organization, CGO Inc., aims to promote financial education among middle and high school students, with particular attention to those from low-income families.

Dr. Matteo Bertelli showed genuine interest in Cobb’s work, emphasizing how financial education is an essential pillar for building a stable future. “It is impressive to see how an initiative like Mr. Cobb’s can change the lives of an entire community,” Dr. Bertelli stated, “and how, through financial education, young people can gain tools that will make them more aware and responsible citizens.” Cobb’s organization goes beyond basic information, offering comprehensive training programs that cover essential skills such as banking and financial services, saving and investing basics, understanding money and budgeting, and much more. These educational paths allow students to acquire skills often overlooked in schools but crucial for their future.

Beyond financial education, CGO Inc. supports education through a scholarship program. Thanks to this initiative, many young people can continue their studies without placing additional strain on their families, who are often already facing financial difficulties. Additionally, through the “Start to Success Backpack Campaign,” the organization distributes school supplies to low-income families, strengthening community spirit and equitable access to education.

Dr. Kevin Donato, also deeply moved by Mr. Cobb’s commitment, remarked: “CGO Inc. shows us that contributing to the common good can go well beyond material assistance; it’s an investment in the future. Bobby Cobb has created a path of inspiration and inclusion that helps bridge inequalities that, if ignored, could undermine the growth of many young people.” For Donato, Cobb’s dedication to carrying out this mission represents a tangible example of how volunteerism can improve the social landscape and generate a positive impact that extends well beyond individual beneficiaries.

Cobb Global Outreach Inc. is also founded on the belief that only a united and supportive society can thrive. Cobb firmly believes in the power of teamwork and the possibility of collective change, inspiring everyone he meets, as demonstrated by his conversation with the founders of MAGISNAT.

The meeting also had a significant impact on MAGISNAT, which saw in CGO Inc. a model of social initiative. Mr. Cobb’s dedication and the organization’s structure inspired Drs. Bertelli and Donato to consider new possibilities for volunteer involvement. “Mr. Cobb’s actions represent a path that MAGISNAT could also take,” they agreed, “by incorporating volunteer initiatives for the Peachtree Corners area and for youth.” The founders of MAGISNAT hope that, starting next year, the company can actively contribute to socially beneficial projects, convinced that such initiatives represent a bridge between professional success and the common good.
