Artificial Intelligence (AI) generated images are quickly gaining popularity on the social media platforms. Artists have used various AI related applications like Midjourney and Bing to create some exceptional results. One such post going viral on the internet shows characters of popular US sitcom ‘Friends’ wearing ethnic Indian clothes. The post shared on Instagram has all the popular characters from ‘Friends’: Monica and Chandler, Ross and Rachel, and Phoebe and Mike. It also has standalone photos of Rachel, Monica and Ross.

Rachel and Monica dazzle in elegant sarees, while Phoebe dons a stylish suit in the AI generated pictures. They are also wearing matching jewellery. Ross and Chandler, on the other hand are wearing vibrant kurtas. Joey is the only one casually dressed in a shirt which is layered over a t-shirt.
Since being shared, the post has garnered 15,661 likes and several comments.
“The lady of my dreams @jenniferaniston I always imagine you in an Indian attire but never thought you would look this pretty,” commented one user on seeing the pictures.
“Phoebe is so pretty.. I want to cry..,” wrote another user.
