The Delhi High Court on Wednesday reserved verdict on the legality of arrest of jailed Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal by the CBI. The court has fixed July 29 for hearing arguments on regular bail for the Arvind Kejriwal in the CBI case in the Delhi Liquor Police matter.
The high court also concluded hearing arguments on interim bail and also reserved order on the same. The verdict on legality of Kejriwal’s arrest by CBI and his interim bail is likely to come out together within a week.
