The Fourth of July always seems to arrive before we know it, the height of summer here already. With the holiday weekend comes fireworks; read on to find the best show in northwest Indiana.

If no time is mentioned, most displays begin at dusk after 9:15 p.m. and last about half an hour.

Cedar Lake: 9:30 p.m. July 5 and 6 during Summerfest at 7408 Constitution Ave., Cedar Lake. Summerfest Parade is at 10 a.m. July 6. cedarlakesummerfest.com.
