New Delhi: The first look from the upcoming Aasmaan Bhardwaj film ‘Kuttey’ was recently released. With the unveiling of its motion poster, Aasmaan’s debut film, a black comedic thriller, gained some traction among viewers.
‘Kuttey’, starring Arjun Kapoor, appears to be another thriller from Vishal Bhardwaj’s production, but it also delves into the realm of bad boys. In the past, the director who is backing this movie has brought us thrillers like the 2009 release ‘Kaminey’. And the next movie is fueling rumours that there may be a connection between it and Shahid Kapoor-starrer.
The freshly unveiled motion poster, in fact, contains all the elements that lead us to a typical Vishal Bhardwaj composition. The movie ‘Kuttey’ makes viewers ponder if it is an expansion of the dark comedic thrill world created by Bhardwaj.

Aasmaan and Vishal Bhardwaj are the writers of the film ‘Kuttey’. He completed his bachelor’s degree in filmmaking at the School of Visual Arts in New York City and has worked with his father Vishal Bhardwaj on the films ‘7 Khoon Maaf’, ‘Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola’, and ‘Pataakha’.
‘Kuttey’ is produced by Luv Ranjan, Vishal Bhardwaj, Ankur Garg and Rekha Bhardwaj under the banner of Luv Films and Vishal Bhardwaj Films. It is presented by T-Series, which is run by Gulshan and Bhushan Kumar. Vishal Bhardwaj will compose the music for the movie, and Gulzar will write the lyrics. Kuttey is slated to hit the theatres on January 13, 2023.
