CTA is facing complaints about safety and long wait times. Metra riders encounter delays. Amtrak passengers contend with mechanical and operating problems.

And we want to hear how these challenges are affecting you.

Have they made you late for work? Missed an appointment? Made you feel unsafe? Have you had to pay for a ride-share or missed day care pickup because of a late bus or train? Have you rethought relying on transit, or bought a car?

Tell us about a particularly troubled train or bus ride using the form below. A reporter might reach out to you, as we continue to report on transit challenges.
