Hardik Pandya Body Transformation Picture: Hardik Pandya, the Indian all-rounder, sustained a freak injury during the ICC Men’s ODI World Cup 2023 in India last year. During one of India’s league-stage match, Hardik injured himself as he tried to field off his own bowling. The pain was so immense that he could not even complete his over.

Although initially it was expected that Hardik would be able to comeback, he was ruled out of the entire World Cup. His next competitive match came only in 2024. Even though Hardik went on to bowl the final over of the T20 World Cup 2024 final against South Africa and played a key role in India’s T20 World Cup triumph, it wasn’t that easy for him.

In his latest Instagram post, Hardik shared two contrasting images to show the body transformation he had to undergo in order to help India lift the trophy.

“Was a difficult journey after the freak 2023 WC injury but well worth the effort with the T20 WC win. The results come as long as you put in the effort. Hard work doesn’t go unnoticed. Let’s all try our best and work on our fitness 💪,”  he captioned the post.
