Internet services appeared to slow down in parts of New Delhi on Friday as security restrictions were imposed around Jantar Mantar ahead of a proposed protest against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar on Gandhi Jayanti.
The network slowdown was reported amid heightened security arrangements in the New Delhi district. Delhi Police has imposed restrictions ahead of the proposed gathering at Jantar Mantar.
