Love And War: Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, And Vicky Kaushal Starrer To Release On This Date

Love And War Release Date: ‘Love & War’, the much-awaited film directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, has generated a lot of talk because of its stellar ensemble. The epic film will star Vicky Kaushal, Alia Bhatt, and Ranbir Kapoor. Now, the release date of the film has been shifted from Christmas 2025. It has been rescheduled to March 20, 2026.

Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love And War gets new release date

It was previously announced that ‘Love & War’ will be released on Christmas 2025. It was confirmed on Friday that  the film will be released on the big screen on March 20, 2026.

The news on X, formerly known as Twitter, was confirmed by trade analyst Taran Adarsh, who wrote, “RANBIR KAPOOR – ALIA BHATT – VICKY KAUSHAL: SANJAY LEELA BHANSALI FINALISES RELEASE DATE… 20 March 2026 is the release date of #SanjayLeelaBhansali’s next film, titled #LoveAndWar… Stars #RanbirKapoor, #AliaBhatt and #VickyKaushal”.

Love And War announcement 

The official announcement for the film was made in January 2024. On Instagram, the statement read, “We Bring You Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Epic Saga ‘Love & War.’ See You At The Movies Christmas 2025.”

After ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’ in 2022, this film is Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Alia’s second collaboration. Meanwhile, this also marks Ranbir Kapoor’s second collaboration with the filmmaker. The actor made his debut with Bhansali’s ‘Saawariya’ in 2007 alongside Sonam Kapoor.
