An unidentified man was discovered fatally wounded Saturday morning in the Little Village neighborhood, Chicago police said.
Shortly before 6;45 a.m., officers found a man outside in the 3600 block of West 26th Street, with a gunshot wound to the head and back. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
No one was in custody, and the circumstances leading up to the fatal shooting was under investigation.
