Max Gurnic rushes for 97 yards and a TD on 13 carries and makes two catches for 50 yards in the Bulldogs’ Duneland Athletic Conference win against Merrillville.

2. Merrillville 1-2 (2)

Jordan Bills records 13 tackles in the Pirates’ loss to Crown Point.

3. Valparaiso 1-2 (3)

Ben Fedorchak records nine tackles and a fumble recovery in the Vikings’ DAC shutout of LaPorte.

4. Andrean 2-1 (4)

Tyler Vo makes seven catches for 131 yards and a TD in the 59ers’ Northwest Crossroads Conference win against Kankakee Valley.
