An e-challan was issued under Section 183 of the Motor Vehicles Act, officials confirmed. According to officials, the land was allotted strictly for residential purposes, and there are claims it may have been used commercially. The board has sought clarification and is reviewing whether the original allotment conditions were adhered to. No final determination has been announced.
