Naperville Police Arrests for April 19-21

The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

  • A 40-year-old man from Westmont was arrested on charges of aggravated fleeing or eluding an officer, aggravated assault, criminal damage to government property, driving on a suspended/revoked license and improper window tinting/treatment at 12:55 a.m. April 19 at 9th Avenue and Interstate 290 in Maywood.
  • A 43-year-old woman from Woodridge was arrested on a charge of aggravated fleeing or eluding an officer at 12:59 a.m. April 19 at 9th Avenue and Interstate 290 in Maywood.
  • A 58-year-old man from Elgin was arrested on charges of retail theft and aggravated assault at 3:45 p.m. April 19 in the 2200 block of Route 59 in West Chicago.
  • A 41-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of retail theft at 6:51 p.m. April 19 in the 2900 block of Audrey Avenue.
  • A 42-year-old man from Powder Springs, Georgia, was arrested on a warrant and on charges of driving on a suspended/revoked license and driving with expired registration at 7:28 p.m. April 19 at South Route 59 and Audrey Avenue.
  • A 22-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of battery at 1:12 a.m. April 20 in the first block of West Jefferson Avenue.
  • A 22-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on a charge of battery at 1:12 a.m. April 20 in the first block of West Jefferson Avenue.
  • A 27-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a warrant at 1:16 a.m. April 20 in the 200 block of South Washington Street.
  • A 25-year-old woman from Montgomery was arrested on charges of disobeying a traffic control signal, improper parking, driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without a valid license/permit at 1:54 a.m. April 20 at West Ogden Avenue and North River Road.
  • A 51-year-old man from Oswego was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol at 5:35 p.m. April 20 in the 600 block of North Route 59.
  • A 21-year-old man from Plainfield was arrested on charges of illegal possession/transportation of liquor by a driver and driving under the influence of alcohol at 12:22 a.m. April 21 at 87th Street and Plainfield Naperville Road.
