Naperville Police Arrests for April 27-29

The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

  • A 23-year-old Elk Grove Village man was arrested on charges of failure to signal when required, speeding, disobeying a traffic control device, improper lane usage and driving under the influence of alcohol at 1:52 a.m. April 27 at East Ogden Avenue and Naperville Wheaton Road.
  • A 26-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on three warrants at 4:10 p.m. April 27 in the 200 block of Terrance Drive.
  • A 33-year-old woman from Aurora was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, not driving on the right side of the road, driving too fast for conditions or failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, failure to yield to emergency vehicles, driving on a suspended license, failure to give information to an owner after striking an unattended vehicle, driving without insurance and improper lane usage at 10:45 p.m. April 27 at Rickert Drive and West 75th Street.
  • A 23-year old woman from Muscatine, Iowa, was arrested on three warrants and on charges of driving without insurance, driving on a suspended or revoked license, obstructing identification and possession of cannabis in a motor vehicle outside an approved container at 12:14 a.m. April 28 in the 400 block of Whispering Hills Drive.
  • A 36-year-old man from Bolingbrook was arrested on charges of driving with one headlight, driving under the influence of alcohol and transportation or possession of open alcohol by a driver at 3:31 a.m. April 28 at East 75th Street and South Washington Street.
  • A 41-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of criminal damage to government property at 12:47 p.m. April 28 in the 1800 block of Santa Fe Drive.
  • A 20-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of armed robbery, aggravated battery, criminal damage to property and retail theft at 6:16 p.m. April 29 in the 2800 block of 95th Street.
