Naperville Police Arrests for July 3-5

The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

  • A 23-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol at 12:50 a.m. July 3 at West 75th Street and Book Road.
  • A 26-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on a charge of retail theft at 12:29 p.m. July 4 at North Naper Boulevard and East Ogden Avenue.
  • A 28-year-old woman from Dubuque, Iowa, was arrested on a charge of obstructing an officer at 12:26 p.m. July 4 in the first block of South Main Street.
  • A 28-year-old woman from Chicago was arrested on charges of reckless driving, driving too fast for conditions, driving on a suspended license and obstructing an officer at 12:26 p.m. July 4 in the first block of South Main Street.
  • A 26-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on charges of retail theft, burglary and obstructing an officer at 12:29 p.m. July 4 at North Naper Boulevard and East Ogden Avenue.
  • A 26-year-old woman from Plainfield was arrested on a warrant at 6:31 p.m. July 4 at Beaver Drive and Brookdale Road.
  • A 25-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a charge of aggravated assault on public property at 11:56 p.m. July 4 in the first block of West Chicago Avenue.
  • A 36-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of driving too fast for conditions, driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without insurance at 11:29 p.m. July 4 at Shady Trail Court and Preserve Avenue.
  • A 24-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of speeding 35 mph over the limit, driving with expired license plates, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without insurance and driving on a suspended license at 1:49 a.m. July 5 at Montgomery Road and Meadowbrook Drive.
  • A 33-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on a warrant at 11:26 a.m. July 5 in the 1600 block of Country Lakes Drive.
