Naperville Police Arrests for May 16-18

The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

  • A 40-year-old man from Montgomery was arrested on a warrant at 1:40 a.m. May 16 at North Loomis Street and East 11th Avenue.
  • A 25-year-old woman from Bolingbrook was arrested on a warrant and on a charge of retail theft at 3:13 p.m. May 16 in the 800 block of South Route 59.
  • A 30-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on a charge of endangering the health/life of a child at 5:02 p.m. May 17 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
  • A 28-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on charges of disregarding a stop sign, illegal lane usage, driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal possession/transportation of liquor by a driver and driving without insurance/operator under suspension at 12:42 a.m. May 17 at Westminster Drive and McDowell Road.
  • A 37-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of aggravated assault and disorderly conduct at 11:24 a.m. May 17 in the 500 block of East Ogden Avenue.
  • A 48-year-old man from Montgomery was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol at 5:53 p.m. May 17 at South Ewing Street and Jackson Avenue.
  • A 19-year-old man from Elgin was arrested on charges of reckless driving, failure to reduce speed/driving too fast for conditions, leaving the scene of an accident with vehicle damage and unlawful use of cannabis by a driver at 8:12 p.m. May 17 at Book Road and 83rd Street.
  • A 26-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on a charge of possession of a controlled substance at 10:51 p.m. May 17 in the 3200 block of Odyssey Court.
  • A 20-year-old man from North Aurora was arrested on charges of leaving the scene of an accident with vehicle damage and driving on a suspended/revoked license at 11:49 p.m. May 17 in the 100 block of Jackson Avenue.
  • A 19-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass to a vehicle at 2:16 a.m. May 18 in the 2200 block of Aurora Avenue.
  • A 19-year-old man from Fort Barrington was arrested on charges of criminal trespass to a vehicle and resisting a peace officer at 2:16 a.m. May 18 in the 2200 block of Aurora Avenue.
