Naperville Police Arrests for Sept. 27-29

The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

  • A 23-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on charges of violating the Lights and Lamp Act, fleeing police and driving on a suspended/revoked license at 4:35 p.m. Sept. 27 in the first block of South County Street, Waukegan.
  • A 25-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on charges of speeding, following too closely and driving under the influence of alcohol at 1:21 a.m. Sept. 28 at North Route 59 and Meridian Parkway.
  • A 25-year-old woman from Aurora was arrested on charges of illegal lane usage, improper turn at intersection, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a valid license/permit and driving without insurance at 3:29 a.m. Sept. 18 at North River Road and West Ogden Avenue.
  • A 24-year-old man from Joliet was arrested on a warrant and on charges of criminal trespass to a vehicle, failure to give aid or information, obstructing identification and operating a vehicle with canceled, suspended or revoked registration at 12:37 p.m. Sept. 28 in the 2800 block of Cedar Glade.
  • A 36-year-old woman from Yorkville was arrested on charges of illegal transportation of cannabis and Illinois Vehicle Code felonies at 7:53 p.m. Sept. 28 in the 1700 block of West Ogden Avenue.
  • A 25-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on a warrant at 8:37 p.m. Sept. 28 at North Route 59 and Bruce Lane.
  • A 54-year-old man from Woodridge was arrested on charges of aggravated assault and aggravated battery at 10:30 p.m. Sept. 28 in the 700 block of Inland Circle.
  • A 40-year-old man from Iowa City was arrested on a warrant and on a charge of obstructing identification at 6:21 a.m. Sept. 29 in the 2000 block of Westings Avenue.
  • A 33-year-old man from Oak Forest was arrested on charges of burglary and possession of a controlled substance at 6:26 p.m. Sept. 29 at North Route 59 and West Jefferson Avenue.
