Naperville Police Arrests for Sept. 3-6

The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

  • A 43-year-old man from Aurora was arrested on charges of reckless driving, driving without insurance and improper window tinting/treatment at 11:42 p.m. Sept. 3 at Warrenville Road and Melcher Avenue in Warrenville.
  • An 18-year-old man from Westmont was arrested on charges of not having a state firearm owner’s identification card at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 4 in the 2500 block of West 75th Street.
  • A 21-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on five counts of possession of child pornography at 8:20 p.m. Sept. 4 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
  • A 25-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on one count each of reckless driving, driving under the influence of alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident, driving too fast for conditions and two counts of disobeying a traffic control device at 11:44 p.m. Sept. 4 in the 800 block of South Washington Street.
  • A 30-year-old man from Lombard was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol at 11:24 p.m. Sept. 5 in the 1300 block of Goldenrod Drive.
  • A 22-year-old Chicago man was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol at 11:37 p.m. Sept. 5 in the 800 block of North Mill Street.
  • An 18-year-old woman from Burr Ridge was arrested on charges of improper lane usage, driving while using a cell phone, unlawful possession or consumption of alcohol by a minor and driving under the influence of alcohol at 2:01 a.m. Sept. 6 at North Route 59 and McDowell Road.
  • A 21-year-old man from Rockford was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, criminal trespass and obstructing identification at 9:54 a.m. Sept. 6 in the 2500 block of West 75th Street.
  • A 19-year-old man from Rockford was arrested on charges of assault, disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing at 9:26 a.m. Sept. 6 in the 2500 block of West 75th Street.
