Celebrations filled the air at the Bharatiya Janata Party camp in the national capital on Wednesday after the party announced Rekha Gupta to be the next Chief Minister of Delhi.
BJP leaders congratulated Rekha, who won the February 5 polls from the Shalimar Bagh assembly constituency.
The party also seized the opportunity to train guns on Aam Aadmi Party, which it ousted from its decade-long rule in the national capital. “Rekha Gupta will be Delhi CM. Atishi has got an answer today,” said party MP Yogender Chandolia.
