With over 1.2 Million followers on Instagram, Nishit Aggarwal is one of the most popular luxury travel influencers out there. Hailing from New Delhi, India, Nishit’s account is a collection of beautiful photos and videos from all around the world, with a particular focus on his travels in India. We sat down with Nishit to learn more about his work as an influencer and what goes into capturing the perfect photo.
Edinburg Post: How did you first get into luxury travel blogging?
Nishit Aggarwal: My love for traveling started at a young age. I grew up hearing my parents and relatives talk about their trips abroad and I would often dream about visiting those places myself. Once I started earning money, I began going on more and more trips and realized that I had a knack for taking great photos and videos. That’s when I decided to start my own travel blog to share my experiences with others.
Edinburg Post: What’s your favorite part about being a luxury travel blogger?
Nishit Aggarwal: There are so many incredible places to see in the world and being a luxury travel blogger allows me to visit many of them. It’s also great to be able to share my experiences with my followers and help them plan their own trips.
Edinburg Post: What goes into taking the perfect photo?
Nishit Aggarwal: It really depends on the location and the subject matter. Sometimes it’s important to capture the feeling of a place, while other times it’s all about getting the perfect shot of a specific landmark or Sunset Boulevard view. There are no rules when it comes to taking photos, so I just go with my gut and try to capture whatever catches my eye.
Edinburg Post: What is your favorite place that you’ve visited?
Nishit Aggarwal: That’s tough to say because there are so many places that I’ve loved, but if I had to narrow it down, I would say either Venice Beach or the Taj Mahal. They’re both so incredibly beautiful and each has its own unique vibe.
Edinburg Post: How do you afford to travel so much?
Nishit Aggarwal: I actually run a very successful digital marketing company known as IG BEAST MEDIA (igbeast.com) and he help Influencers all over the world grow online and inspire others!
Edinburg Post: If you could give one piece of advice to someone who wants to become a luxury travel blogger, what would it be?
Nishit Aggarwal: My advice would be to just go for it! Don’t let anyone else tell you what you can or can’t do. Just follow your dreams and see where they take you.
