Noida: One would not be wrong to say that Uttar Pradesh has the most expressways in the country. Government will soon be adding another name to this list.
This most populous state in the country is about to get another highway, reducing the 90-kilometer journey to 31 kilometers. It now takes two to three hours to make the trip. Taking that way will just take only fifteen minutes. In addition, the construction of this short route will provide direct access to the Jewar airport in Noida from two jurisdictions.
We are talking about the Faridabad-Jewar Expressway. Its construction got underway in June 2023. The National route Authority anticipates that this route will be finished by June 2025, or the following year. It would be directly connected to Sector 65 in Faridabad from the airport being built in Jewar, Uttar Pradesh.
This Expressway will benefit the passengers going to the Jewar airport from Gurugram and other parts of Haryana. It will just take fifteen minutes to drive this distance. It currently takes more than two hours to get from Faridabad to Jewar.
