President Murmu Speech Live Streaming: President Droupadi Murmu will address the nation on the eve of the nation’s 74th Republic Day celebrations today. The President’s address to the nation will be broadcast on Wednesday at 7 pm, said the Rashtrapati Bhavan in a statement. This will be Murmu’s first Republic Day address and her second address to the nation since she assumed office in July last year.
Earlier, Murmu had addressed the nation on the eve of Independence Day last year where she touched upon various issues starting from overthrowing colonial rulers to the empowerment of women. This year’s address will be live-streamed on the YouTube channel of Doordarshan National.

India will celebrate its 74th Republic Day tomorrow, January 26. People can watch Murmu’s address to the nation from 7 pm on Wednesday. It will be broadcast on the national network of All India Radio (AIR) and telecast over all channels of Doordarshan in Hindi followed by the English version.
“Broadcast of the address in Hindi and English on Doordarshan will be followed by broadcast in regional languages by regional channels of Doordarshan. AIR will broadcast regional language versions from 2130 hrs. onwards on its respective regional networks,” the statement read.
Meanwhile, the grand Republic Day celebrations this year will include the traditional march past at Kartavya Path comprising a grand parade by the contingents of the Armed Forces and Paramilitary Forces.
Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi will be the Chief Guest for the 74th Republic Day celebrations. He will be accompanied by a high-level delegation, including five Ministers and senior officials.
The Republic Day parade will witness a military contingent of the Egyptian Army marching on Thursday. The Egyptian military contingent will have 144 personnel participating in the parade.
