A walk-in interview organised by a Chemical firm in Gujarat led to a stampede-like situation as hundreds of people tried entering a building purportedly for the job interview.
A video has emerged showing hundreds of people waiting in queue with copies of their resumes in hand and then clamouring to get in through the gate.

However, the situation soon turned into chaos as people started falling off the railing. While some people jumped to the ground beneath, several others could be seen falling off the platform.
The interview is from Tuesday (July 9) where a walk-in interview was held at Hotel Lords Plaza in Ankleshwar, Gujarat. The job openings were called for several positions, including Shift in-charge, plant operator, supervisor, fitter-Mechanical and Executive, the flyer of the opening shows.
