Hyderabad earthquake: Telangana’s Mulugu district recorded a 5.3-magnitude earthquake. As a result of the earthquake at 7:25 AM, tremors were reported in Hyderabad and parts of Andhra Pradesh. The incident has caused panic among Telangana and Andhra Pradesh residents.
However, no untoward incidents or casualties were reported.
National Center for Seismology said, “An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.3 on the Richter Scale hit Mulugu, Telangana at 7:27 AM today.”

Telangana is not a place that frequently experiences earthquake as the state is classified as Zone II, a zone with low-intensity seismic activity.
