Fans are eagerly awaiting Vikram’s upcoming film ‘Thangalaan,’ where he portrays the leader of a tribal community. At the recent audio launch, as reported by Pinkvilla, Vikram shared his deep connection with the character, revealing how it mirrored his personal experiences.

What Vikram Said

During the event, Vikram became emotional as he recounted his physical struggles. He revealed, “In an accident, my leg was broken, and doctors said I would never walk again. I was in the hospital for 3 years and had to undergo 23 surgeries, but due to passion and self-confidence, I bounced back.” His story surprised and inspired the other cast members present.

Co-star Parvathy Thiruvothu praised Vikram, expressing that it was her dream to work with him and that she considers him the best co-star she has ever had.

‘Thangalaan’ will be released in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi. Initially slated for release in January and later April this year, it is now scheduled to release on August 15.
