The holy month of Sawan is considered a highly auspicious period for devotees of Lord Shiva. Dedicated entirely to the worship of Lord Shiva, this sacred month is observed with devotion and spiritual discipline. When Will Sawan Begin In 2025?
This year, the auspicious month of Sawan will commence on July 11, 2025, and conclude on August 9, 2025. Interestingly, the festival of Raksha Bandhan will also be celebrated on the last day of Sawan.

Do’s and Don’ts for Sawan 2025 (Sawan Rituals):

- Maintain brahmacharya (celibacy) during fasts and avoid indulging in worldly pleasures.

- Do not consume brinjal (eggplant), garlic, or onions during Sawan.
