Naperville Police Arrests for Jan. 12-15

The following items were taken from Naperville police reports and press releases. An arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt:

  • A 29-year-old woman from Brooklyn, New York, was arrested on charges of having an obstructed front windshield, endangering the life or health of a child and child safety restraint violation at 9:48 a.m. Jan. 12 at West Ogden Avenue and South Route 59.
  • A 38-year-old man from Oak Lawn was arrested on charges of failure to report an accident and driving under the influence of alcohol at 7:03 p.m. Jan. 12 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
  • A 63-year-old man from Woodridge was arrested on charges of driving while using an electronic communication device/third or subsequent offense and driving on a revoked license at 8 p.m. Jan. 13 at Boughton Road and Plainfield Naperville Road.
  • A 40-year-old man from Chicago was arrested on charges of possession, display or cause to be displayed a fraudulent ID card and attempted deceptive practice over $150 at 9:27 p.m. Jan. 13 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
  • A 40-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of criminal damage to property/$500 to $10,000 and trespass to a residence knowing one or more persons are present at 7:52 a.m. Jan. 14 in the 200 block of East Bailey Road.
  • A 27-year-old man from Naperville was arrested on charges of fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer in a motor vehicle and obstructing an officer at 4:40 p.m. Jan. 14 at the police station, 1350 Aurora Ave.
  • A 69-year-old man from Des Plaines was arrested on a warrant at 6:43 p.m. Jan. 14 in the 1800 block of Centre Point Circle.
  • An 18-year-old woman from Naperville was arrested on charges of battery and disorderly conduct at 8:30 a.m. Jan. 15 in the 3000 block of 103rd Street.
  • A 57-year-old woman from Chicago was arrested on two charges of retail theft not exceeding $300 and one charge of retail theft/exceeding $300 at 11:49 a.m. Jan. 15 in the 2300 block of East Mound Road in Decatur.
